Description:
 On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Warehouse/Operations Manager (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf as part of our direct recruitment service. 
Your tasks: 
Responsibility for the management and organization of the entire warehouse and logistics area.
 Ensuring the timely processing of incoming goods, storage, picking and dispatch. 
Management and development of the warehouse team as well as planning and control of personnel deployment. 
Monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards in the warehouse area. 
Analysing and optimizing warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 
Maintaining stock levels in the inventory management system and carrying out inventories. 
Collaborating with other departments, in particular production and sales, to ensure a smooth flow of materials. 
Your profile:
Completed commercial or logistics vocational training, ideally with further training in logistics management. Several years of professional experience in warehouse and logistics management. 
Very good knowledge of German and English. 
Confident handling of MS Office and warehouse management systems. 
Management experience and assertiveness. 
Organizational skills and a structured way of working. 
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in a dynamic working environment.
